Since I updated the camera to the most recent firmware the audio has just stopped working. I’ve been using the Nooie for a little while now as a baby camera and haven’t really had any major issues until this most recent firmware update. Good camera but could use a few adjustments With so many other video cams on the market, there’s no reason to purchase the Nooie given its complete unreliability. The cam device itself looks sleek and has a great design, but it's incredibly frustrating when the app doesn’t load. ie my husband and I can’t both open the app to check on the baby, it will log the other person out immediately. And you can only have one user logged into the app at a time, so this really doesn’t work for households. When the cam does load, the resolution is okay, not great. I have strong WiFi (thanks to WFH), strong data, and an iPhone 12.
I’ll try loading it using data and WiFi: sometimes data will get it to load and sometimes WiFi will load. The app interface is simple enough - the app would be fine if it reliably loaded. And then more often than not, it never actually loads. The app almost never successfully connects to the cam, so when I want to check on my baby all I see is a constant loading icon. When I say the app is awful, it is almost exclusively because of the connectivity issues. I wish I had looked at the app reviews before I purchased the video cam for my nursery since the device is only as good as the app.

You keep apologizing for the crappy camera and horrendous app but won’t fix it. Update: Someone tell me what exactly is Nooie Home? There is no app called Nooie Home. How do you put out a product without first thoroughly testing it?!! If you contact customer service, they get defensive and tell you to uninstall the app and reinstall. It allows you to invite a person by email, but the other person has no access to video or settings. You get an alert and you have to go to your inbox to view it and when you check the alert, it says “No Recording Found”. Purchased the Nooie Outdoor Cam after viewing great reviews and was sadly mistaken.
